| Abstract |
In order to achieve the purpose of this study provide the suggestions to matters in agricultural company and farming corporation recently attempted in Korea, the characteristics were analyzed through face-to-face interviews on the agricultural producer corporation (APC), the Honami (limited company) based on the local cooperative in Namporo of Hokkaido in Japan. So as to be a successful agricultural producer corporation, suggested is that first, the consent formation in APC member's home should be preceded; second, apprehensions in between APC members should be resolved by suggestion of each member's future management prospectives after making a diagnosis of APC members' farm management based on local fundamental circumstances; third, prerequisites such as existence of local good leaders should be met.
