| Abstract |
This study has selected Jeongseon County and analyzed the management structure of highland vegetable growing farm households as the target subject. The result has revealed the major farm family type is a 2 family household (a family-run farm household) and the average population per household is 2.4 people. The average cultivation area of the target subjects is 14.1 ha, and they aggressively expand the managerial scale through lease. The work system of summer chinese cabbage vegetable has shown that there is no trusted farming. The farm households prefer to do the business with the producing area dealers than with the Agricultural Cooperatives.
