| Abstract |
This paper tries to estimates cost function under Cobb-Douglas production technology in the summer chinese cabbage, using duality theory of production technology and cost function. Therefore this paper shows theoretically that price and cross elasticity are determined by the structure of technology and preference. The theoretically derived formula of elasticity allows us to identify its determinants.
