Abstract |
Due to climate changes, various effects on hydrology, environment, economy have been occurring worldwide. Various studies have been conducted to evaluate effects on water resources due to climate change. The modeling approaches have been used for these ends. The Soil and Water Assessment Tool (SWAT) model is one of the models being used in climate change studies. In this study, the SWAT auto-calibration tool was used to calibrate hydrology at the watershed outlet and simulated evapotranspiration values were compared. As shown in this study, the hydrologic component of hydrologic cycle should be calibrated together, rather than simply comparing simulated and observed flow data at the watershed outlet. Therefore, parameters related with evapotranspiration should be included in the SWAT auto-calibration process. |
