Abstract In Korea, Vegetables stable supply system is central to the agreement between the union and the National Agricultural Cooperative
cultivation. And NACF's participation in the business processes of autonomy is emphasized. The other hand, in the case of Japan,
the government has carried out a demand adjustment process. In other words, to business contract cultivation of open field
vegetables, farmers' agricultural and business participation in the contract price, volume and other major business decisions are made
autonomously, while in Japan the government as a whole and the establishment of a supply plan.
