Gangwon province. In this work, we established the adventitious shoots formation from stem explants. In adventitious
shoots formation, addition thidiazuron (TDZ) were increased in frequency of the adventitious shoot formation rate
and number of adventitious shoot per explant. Adventitious shoots were developed in addition of 0.5 mg/L TDZ at
the highest value of 50%. For rooting induction, we were transferred shoots on different culture medium. Half of the
MS medium had little effect on rooting compared with other culture medium. The roots were developed to 33.3%
on the 1/2 MS medium with 2.0 mg/L NAA.
