plan of the farm households. About 80% of Kangwondo summer chinese cabbages are handled by agricultural
produce shippers, thus, in order to expand contract cultivation between the producers and the agricultural
cooperatives of the producing areas, it is necessary to offer an inducement that corresponds to the economic
advantages offered by the produce shippers. This study has made an observation over the actual conditions of the
contracts set forth by the Agricultural Cooperative of major producing areas of Kangwondo alpine cabbage, and
analyzed the priority order of the contract cultivation expansion policies of producing Agricultural Cooperative.
