Abstract Effect of bagging material on fruit coloration and quality of 'Cheonjungdo' and 'Sungold' peaches was studied. Light
transmittance of bagging material was in order of Remon paper, Yellow paper, Brown paper, Grey paper and
Newspaper. Fruit coloration was not significantly affected by bagging material. Fruit weight and total soluble
contents tended to increase by bagging with yellow paper. Hence, it is expected that use of yellow paper while
cultivating 'Cheonjungdo' and 'Sungold' peaches can be contribute to produce fruits with high quality.
