Abstract | This study propose diverse food safety laws or clauses that have to be followed by food retailer. Furthermore, we investigated compliance state of super supermarkets and small food seller which have relatively low accessibility or opportunity to the legal knowledge. Increasingly important 21 clauses from 6 laws were selected as survey standard. As a Result, total of 479 non-compliance cases were occurred in small food seller which located in traditional market. Therefore, average non-compliance cases was 5.3 per each market, which is comparatively higher value than that of super supermarkets (0.7). There are no meaningful differences between investigated regions, but significant differences were observed between compliance state of each laws or clauses. In conclusion, this study emphasize supplementation and establishment of integrative food safety education system for smaller food businesses. |
